Nick asked Kaden if he wanted to go hit some balls at the golf course. He was actually excited, dont know if its because his friend Cole was also going with his Dad, but we will see how it goes. Ive been waiting for Nick to take him! hopefully his attention span will be a little longer!

Kylee loves suckers, I figure shes almost one, time to really enjoy life right?

Kadens Prayer

Me and Kaden sat down for lunch a hour ago just the two of us...
here is our dialogue:

Me: Kaden, will you bless the food?
Kaden: I will mom and I will do a great job, i will do it slow and nice I promise.
Me: that would be great, it makes Heavenly Father so happy when we say it nice.
K: Heavenly Father, thanks for the day, bless the food, bless Rosco to go on a walk and he can go to Grandmas house, and bless us to sleep good, and bless daddy to play golf, and bless mom to not leave so that I wont cry. Bless bless us to play and go to the park and be safe. thankful for Cody and Casey. (uncles)thankful for my cars and friends. in the name..... Amen!

(and he was sooo serious and really pondering what to say)

1st day of school

Kaden has been just waiting for preschool to start and was so excited to go today! WE decided to do a joy school with Moms in the neighborhood this year, get to know more around here, and save a little money at the same time! there are 7 kids, and Kaden is so excited. I am too to beable to teach every couple months! It will be fun!

We went with our new friends the Burnetts to the Wildlife museum, they had a blast, lots of cute poses, Im glad Im not the only one that loves to take pics all the time! Thanks Heather!



We were up North all last week for my continuing Mortgage Classes, and we got a few fun things in up there. Another Museum, the dinosaur one! Kaden loved it, especially playin in the sand, digging for bones. He was a little scared of the T Rex's although hes been talking about it over and over. thanks Grandma Joni and Cody!


And Last but not least....

HAPPY 50th Birthday Connie:) Nicks Moms birthday is today! Hope it is great and wish we could still be there celebrating! Thanks for everything hope you have a terrific day!

Summer is almost over....

I just cant believe that Kylee will be one next month. This year has been one of the best years of my life. She has brought such a happiness to our lives and is such a joy every single day! She has learned to clap, dance (sways back and forth while moving her arm, sooo cute), high five, smack her lips for kisses, and crawl faster than fast! such a QT!!


Kaden is such a joy too! turning so handsome and fun, and obedient and opinionated, and smart! He is ready for preschool to start next week. He still loves his cars, Toy story and Thomas the Train, and is VERY excited for his birthday next month also!!

Today my mom was here and of course we went camera happy!! it was such a fun day, and the kids were too cute!

We took the kids to the main street water park and let them splash around. They had a blast! Kylee loves the water!She also loves to eat!! as you can see...

then back to the water for clean up.... where they would stay for hours if they could, but not the dog. he wasnt too happy!
