Our Favorite Holiday.....

Well... one of our favorite holidays!! we had a blast and the pics say enough!! so no need to write much except the last pics are of my friends 80's party she had and dont you think that Nicks mullet looks hot?? :)

Birthday month!!

What a month!! two birthdays in 3 days! BUSY!! but fun
The build up to it was so much fun, i wish it wasnt over!
Have i ever said how much this little boy makes us laugh. he is SO silly! he comes up with the funniest faces, sayings, anything to make us laugh!! I just love him to pieces!!





Kaden just turned 6. cant believe it!! time flies. he will be driving before i know it. wow
so he is all into Star Wars now. so star wars party with 12 kids, pretty entertaining.
I made a homemade "death star" pinata that couldnt break, so we finally got out a golf club, not kidding. i did good!!
had a light savor battle with Kaden being Darth Vadar, thats all he really insisted on!! pretty cute!
He got lots of legos, he is obsessed, i am getting sick of putting the dang things together, and picking up off the floor :( cant wait till this stage is over!! but at least he is VERY happy :)





Happy Birthday to my Princess Cinderella, not that she is really cinderella around here, she just wants to wear the costume EVERY single DAY!!! im serious, even to the grocery store! but oh well, she does get a lot of compliments!!
Kylee just turned THREE!! so much fun. I found this awesome dollhouse on craigs list. a steal really. i think i was more excited than her!! jk
And all she asked for was a Princess cake. So i spent about 8 hours SERIOUSLY making that happen. i think i did a pretty good job at it, she loved it!!
We had my parents, Nicks, and his Grandma and Uncle all here for Kylees family party. Kids had a blast, so did we!!
It was quite an event!!







And Sweet little Kenzey, eleven months already.
Such a joy, always happy, always giggling!! loving food, especially waffles, crackers, and gatorade!!
Crawling all over, goes straight for mommy, and legos!!




loves to make a mess in her food, and wear it as you can see!! i love it, picture moments!!
So much fun, i wish i could freeze this age, before she starts getting some attitude!!

hard bound blog books

I went to a R.S. activity last week about Geneology and family history. It was awesome. She talked about journal keeping (which is really important to me) but also how much more needs to be done. My new goal is to get into family history, but also how important it is to keep your own story. right now. she showed a printed BLOG book which I have heard about but never seen before i was so excited to see it. I am already obsessed with journal writing and digital scrapbooking, but i have started thinking my blog was just another no good distraction from life and kids..... till now. I loved the blog book and how it has so much journaling as well as pics and so easy to publish i guess.. so i just posted about 6 posts from the last 6 months that i was missing. I want them to be in somewhat of an order in my book, so i had better not get too far behind. If anyone is feeling blog is a waste of time, just check out the hard bound books which are so great for so many reasons!!! so i just took a minute and went to blurb.com go check it out.... so easy fast and awesome. took me 5 min to pull my entire blog into a book. i have not printed it yet, but looks like its about fourty bucks for a 7 by 7, 100 plus pages..... a deal id say!!!

Splish splash... just taking a bath!

Silly kids, they make me laugh so hard!! i find that bath times are some of the funniest moments, especially when you get these two together. cant wait for next year, when Kenzey will be old enough to play in there and giggle with them!!

Happy 4th of July....

We spent the holiday up North with family! parades, candy, games, park, Grandparents and uncles, fireworks!! We love July!! Especially getting out of the ST. George heat!

fishin' with Grandpa!!

One of Kadens favorite things to do is go fishing with Grandpa. He loves every part of it, except getting dirty of course!! no cleaning fish for him, or baiting the hooks, but mom likes that part :)
Kylee enjoys fishing too, although she isn't as patient, its a good thing they go to the fish farm, where you dont have to wait more that 20 seconds to catch one!!

Good times!
